Now I work as a consultant who implements IT systems to automate business processes. Studying and practicing good project implementation practices is something which I have deep interest in. 1Part of the problem is that so many employees and partners of many modern businesses do not consider themselves stakeholders in any way, shape or form.
We have a little problem in our culture in that we do not push the concept of personal responsibility.
When you spend most of your life blaming others for failures that are your fault, it’s hard to play the role of stakeholder properly.
